At Mypotscape, we take care to provide reliable and safe shipping for all of our bonsai pots—no matter where you are. This policy explains how we handle order fulfillment, delivery, tracking, and what happens if your items are lost or damaged.

Order Fulfillment and Inventory

Mypotscape does not maintain large inventory levels for every item.
Instead, once you place an order:

  • we purchase the selected pot from our trusted suppliers, and

  • we pack it at a warehouse for shipment.

In rare cases, if a pot becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may:

  • send a very similar item of equal quality, or

  • issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no hidden or surprise fees.
This applies globally as indicated on product pages—the price you see is the final price you pay.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • United States, Canada, Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom: 13–40 days

  • Other Supported Countries: 10–20 days

These timeframes include handling, preparation, international transit, and local courier delivery.

After placing your order:

  • You will typically receive a tracking number within 1-7 days

  • Because we operate through a supplier–warehouse model, some handling and processing time is required before the shipment is dispatched. This handling time is already included within the delivery timeframe shown.

Delivery estimates for each product are shown on the product page, so you always know what to expect before placing an order.

We currently ship only to the following countries:

If your country is not listed, we unfortunately cannot ship to your location at this time.

Risk of Loss and Damage

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
However, if your pot:

  • Arrives damaged,

  • Is defective, or

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The package is lost in transit,

Please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a full refund depending on the situation.

How to Report a Problem

If something goes wrong—damage, loss, or an incorrect shipment—please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Send the following to info@mypotscape.com:

  • your order number,

  • clear photos or a short video showing the issue,

  • any relevant details about the problem.

We will work quickly to resolve it for you.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional fees may apply to reship the order.

Handmade & Size Variations

Many of our bonsai pots are handmade or semi-handmade. As a result, slight variations may occur, including:

  • small size differences,

  • minor asymmetry,

  • natural marks from the crafting process.

These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.

Measurements are taken manually, so small variations may occur.
Colors may also appear slightly different in person due to:

  • lighting,
  • kiln firing conditions,
  • the natural properties of clay.

Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, supplier relationships, or shipping procedures.
When updates occur, the revised version will be posted on this page.
