Return Eligibility
At Potscape, we do not accept returns for change of mind, or personal preference.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged,
- The item is defective
- You receive the wrong product.
If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the problem quickly.
Unauthorized returns or returns submitted outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions. All returned items must be shipped to the address we provide.
Unauthorized or unsolicited returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Mypotscape does not provide prepaid return labels.
We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Carefully packaging items, especially fragile ceramic products
Mypotscape is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the full value of the product (excluding any original shipping fees, if applicable).
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.
If the return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund
If the item fails inspection due to signs of use, damage, or missing components, your refund may be denied.
You will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.
Final Sale Items
All items on our website are considered final sale and are not eligible for return due to change of mind, or personal preference.
Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit.
In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
Mypotscape does not offer exchanges at this time.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mypotscape.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging (if the damage occurred during shipment)
We will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
In most cases, the damaged item does not need to be returned.
Non-Returnable Situations
While we do not have final sale items, returns will not be accepted if:
- The item shows signs of use or wear
- The item was damaged due to customer handling
- Original packaging or components are missing
- The return is unauthorized or submitted after the 14-day window
- The return is for change of mind or personal preference
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed or forwarded to our supplier, and cancellation may not be possible.
If an item becomes unavailable from our supplier, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund or offer a suitable replacement.
