The pot is very nice and has a lovely shade of cream white. It is high quality and a breathable type of ceramic. What was outstanding was the service provided with the delivery. There was an error with my address and a customer service person assisted me through the whole process ensuring it was delivered to the correct location. They were polite and did everything they could to have the pot delivered. Great experience.

Package well received, whole pot, pretty design and fine pottery although very thick and therefore a little too big but I was able to use it on another bonsai larger than the one for which it was intended.
