Beautiful pot, packed to withstand armageddon I thought.
Kept me posted all the way through from purchase to delivery. I've not given my custom to Potscape before; I most certainly will from here on in.

Came in a reasonable time and intact! Great quality pot.
Bait and switch. False tracking number. They admitted to needing to re-source the correct item and never informed or checked with me.
We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. The tracking number was valid, but your order had not yet shipped, which is why there were no tracking updates.
Moreover, the pot we received differed in color from what was expected. We therefore looked for an alternative supplier to obtain a closer match to the pot you ordered. We did not want to send you a pot with that difference without your approval.
We understand that the lack of tracking updates caused confusion. We’re sorry your experience has fallen short. But we hope to serve you better in the future 😊
Love the pot but it took forever to get delivered from China.
