I have bought extra large bonsai pots from several places over the years. The pot I purchased from Mypotscape has a higher quality than most of the others. It arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was extraordinary. I initially was concerned about having a pot shipped from China and having it arrive unbroken. After seeing the packaging of the pot I received, I no longer have any concerns. I would certainly buy from Mypotscape again. I also found the concept of the shipping being already included in the price as very appealing, no surprises. Overall it was an outstanding pleasant experience.

I love the Bonsai pot. It was delivered broken. Not Potscape fault. Potscape said they are going to order another one and have it shipped to me. Hopefully it won’t be broken.

The pot looks incredible! The customer service was also second to none and the packaging was done very well to ensure no damage during shipping. While it takes about 6 weeks since they come from China, the wait is well worth it!
