This is a very nicely crafted pot. The color varied from the the sales image, and they let me view the pot before shipping at my request. Extremely well packaged.

The pot is very nice and has a lovely shade of cream white. It is high quality and a breathable type of ceramic. What was outstanding was the service provided with the delivery. There was an error with my address and a customer service person assisted me through the whole process ensuring it was delivered to the correct location. They were polite and did everything they could to have the pot delivered. Great experience.

Save your money, don'tbuy pots from this vendor.Cheaply made and fake glazing. The pictures make it looklike a crackle glaze but the crackle is printed on the pot. I am embarrassedto put a tree in this.

Always good, some delay in shipping. The product arrived dafe and sound and the delivery folks kept in touch.
I was away when the pot arrived. I returned late at night . I did not see it. Left messages w bonsai waterer and pet care giver. reached out to company and they were extremely helpful. I requestedphoto confirmation of delivery- supplied immediately. A miscommunication with multiple neighbors caused my stress.
