I was very pleased with my purchase. The pot was as expected and arrived undamaged. The packaging was very well done to prevent any damage. It did take a bit of time to arrive but that would not prevent me from future purchases.

Rarely do I order something online that exceeds my expectations. This pot is much nicer than the picture represents. Heavy and well crafted. Highly recommended for a neutral pot whether for bonsai or any house plant.

Very large Forest Pot. Arrived in excellent condition. Very well packed and protected. Over a 2 month wait after ordering. Pot has no cracks, nicks or mars. No wobbles. Only concern is clay is quite soft. No idea what it was fired at. Not sure how it will hold up in freezing condition.

Original design was unavailable but replacements were suggested. Picked one. Well wrapped snd arrived quickly. The whole order was delayed by the original pot being out of stock but customer service were excellent.

This pot is one of a kind and the price/quality is great. Arrived in perfect condition due to the careful packaging, I’m very pleased with my purchase. The final result after planting my tree is amazing!

I received your pot real well pack, with no damaged. I am real well surprised by the beauty of the pot is better in reality that in the pichure.
Just one remark the price was high . If we need the pot for replace an old pot we need to order 2 months in advance.

We are actually reviewing 7.2" (18.5cm) Convex Rectangular Wood-Fired Unglazed Shallow Bonsai Pot. The pot we originally ordered was out of stock, but this fantastic copy allowed us to pick another pot to replace it, even though it was more expensive. Great customer service. This is my 14 year old son's first bonsai pot.

The pot is very nice and has a lovely shade of cream white. It is high quality and a breathable type of ceramic. What was outstanding was the service provided with the delivery. There was an error with my address and a customer service person assisted me through the whole process ensuring it was delivered to the correct location. They were polite and did everything they could to have the pot delivered. Great experience.
