Good customer service. Although the pot I originally wanted was not available, they worked with me to find a comprable pot.
It took awhile to get delivered from overseas but it was well crated, packaged and delivered safely.
Overall I was satisfied with the product and service.

Bait and switch. False tracking number. They admitted to needing to re-source the correct item and never informed or checked with me.
We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. The tracking number was valid, but your order had not yet shipped, which is why there were no tracking updates.
Moreover, the pot we received differed in color from what was expected. We therefore looked for an alternative supplier to obtain a closer match to the pot you ordered. We did not want to send you a pot with that difference without your approval.
We understand that the lack of tracking updates caused confusion. We’re sorry your experience has fallen short. But we hope to serve you better in the future 😊

erst einmal vielen Dank für die Top Ware. Alles ist unversehrt angekommen.
Die Ware wurde professionell verpackt.
Da hätte die Ware schon aus dem Flugzeug fallen müssen aber auch dann wäre sie ganz bei uns angekommen.
Wir haben 5 Sternchen vergeben leider viel zu wenig für die Ware und Lieferung.
Macht bitte weiter so dann haben Retouren keine Chance mehr.
Wir werden diesen Anbieter weiter empfehlen und auch wieder bestellen!
