Nice pot, thinner than I expected and not a fan for the extended wait going on to get the rest of my &800 order. Will never do this again.
Hi David, I’m truly sorry we’ve let you down. You trusted us with a substantial order, and having to wait this long for the remaining pots is understandably frustrating.
Manufacturing has taken much longer than expected on our supplier’s side, but it’s our responsibility to deliver the experience you paid for. You deserved better, and I’m sorry we haven’t given you that.
I sincerely hope you never experience a delay like this with us again. If you’re willing to give us another chance in the future, we’d be grateful for the opportunity to earn back your trust.😊
Beautiful pot, great craftsmanship, worth the wait!
