🔄 Alternative Product Fulfillment
To keep prices reasonable, we don’t keep items in stock. Instead, we work directly with manufacturers and wholesalers. When you place an order, we purchase it from the supplier, pack it at a warehouse, and ship it to you. This helps us avoid unnecessary costs and offer you better prices.
In rare cases, if your selected pot becomes unavailable from our main supplier, we may fulfill your order with a closely matching alternative. Rest assured—it will meet the same standards you expect from us. (We’ll also email you a photo before shipping.)
🖐 Differences in Handmade Pots
Small marks, slight asymmetries, surface finish, or some other variations are natural signs of the handmade process or kiln differences. These do not affect function and are part of what gives your pot its unique charm.
Also, the artists and manufacturers often change the design of the product, so, there my be some difference between the image, and real item.
