Below are some of are common questions

All orders are shipped within 3-5 days by our suppliers from China.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

Yes, we offer free international shipping to a wide range of countries, including Australia, Canada, the UK, Japan, and the United States. Please check our shipping policy page for the full list of countries we deliver to.

If your pot arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Kindly include photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery.
