To keep prices fair, we don’t keep inventory. Instead, we purchase your item from trusted suppliers, pack it at a warehouse, and ship it directly to you. This process helps us offer you better value without compromising on quality.

In rare cases, if your selected pot becomes unavailable, we may ship a closely matching alternative of the same quality.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you right away with suitable alternatives or offer a full refund — your satisfaction is our priority.
